We know when another big update for Windows 10 will debut. Microsoft has just revealed that it intends to equalize the publishing plans for the latest Office 365 ProPlus and windows. This means that the software developed under the name Redstone 3 will debut in September of this year.
From the information provided on the web, Microsoft wants to offer Windows 10 users two major updates each year. According to the industry press after the launch of Redstone 3, further updates will appear at approximately six months intervals. Each package is expected to be supported for eighteen months. After this period, the software stops receiving updates and will need to migrate to a newer release.
Windows 10 after Redstone 3 update should be numbered 1709. Unfortunately, we do not currently know details about this version of windows. It is possible, however, that Microsoft will shake a bit of secrecy at the forthcoming BUILD conference. The event will start on 10th and last until 12th May.
