Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III – rating

It promises to be quite good production. Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III has remained for only a few days, and the first reviews of the title have already appeared in the network. It looks like the fans of the series should not be afraid of the quality of the production, because the reviews given by reviewers are really good. However, there are some disadvantages that can scare some players from the title of Relic Entertainment.

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III will go on sale April 27 this year, eight years after the release of “two.” As you can see, fans of the series have had to wait a long time for the next part, but their patience seems to be rewarded with a pretty interesting RTS. For this moment, the average rating of this game is Metacritic 82/100 (out of 31 reviews).

Most of the editors point to the great atmosphere of the title, which is influenced primarily by the spectacular fights in which both ordinary individuals and powerful heroes participate. There is also the opportunity to play three factions in a single player campaign, though the story itself is unlikely. Fans of Gabriel Angelos can be relieved especially because the new Warhammer 40k does not actually expand its history. There is also some skepticism between campaigns of different races, which makes the consistency of the campaign somewhat disturbed.

Reviewers usually like to put into play the doctrine that allows you to approach the races in different ways. Quite a decent multiplayer mode with several MOBA game solutions. This is a bit too small a number of gameplay modes – developers have decided to remove some of those that were available even in “double”. Technically Dawn of War III is expected to fall out very well. The quality of the graphic design is decent, also without major mistakes or problems with the operation of the game. It is somewhat controversial to require a permanent connection to the Relic network and servers, even during a single person campaign.
