Twitter users supported by bots

Twitter has begun testing bots that will soon be handling portal users. You can complain about poorly performing functions as well as provide suggestions for improving service quality.

Bots are beginning to take on more and more responsibilities that people have done so far. These artificial intelligence tools can already be found as technical support on many sites and services, and will soon start working on Twitter as well.

The Twitter spokesman confirmed that the popular platform has begun testing user service bots. They can send direct messages containing complaints about the malfunction of the portal, or suggestions for changes that can be made to make the site better.

For now, bots are tested to a limited extent and deal with topics such as accounts, abuse, personification, general, and tips. You can report them problems and then respond accordingly.

The representative of the portal did not reveal when the bots will be made available to all users.
