Samsung U28H750 – 4K monitor with Quantum Dot

4K at a reasonably priced price. Samsung is introducing its U28H750 monitor, which will appeal to those looking for high resolution and support FreeSync. Samsung ensures that, thanks to the use of Quantum Dot technology, its product offers very good image quality.

The Samsung U28H750 is a 27.9 “TN panel with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. The construction is characterized by a refresh rate of 60 Hz and a response time of 1 ms (GTG). The maximum screen brightness is 250 cd / m 2 (minimum 200 cd / m 2) and the typical contrast ratio is 1000: 1. As mentioned, the device is compatible with FreeSync, but unfortunately its scope is unknown.

Viewing angles are 170 degrees horizontally and 160 degrees vertically. The monitor is able to display up to 1.07 billion colors. Among the functions available are Picture-in-Picture, Picture-by-Picture, and Game-ready mode. Three video connectors are available: two HDMI (1.4 and 2.0) and DisplayPort 1.2. We also have the possibility to use the headphone jack.

Due to the construction of the stand, the adjustment of the screen setting is somewhat limited. The product is expected to sell in the next few weeks. With the announcement that the Samsung U28H750 will cost about $ 400.
