Russian SI understands human emotions

Scientists from all over the world have been trying to create Artificial Intelligence for years, and even though they are doing it pretty well, so far only algorithms are created that can only perform scheduled commands that do not have the slightest humanity in them. However, Russian scientists have succeeded in achieving this great breakthrough.

Researchers from the Cybernetyki Department at the Moscow National University of Nuclear Research, working under the direction of Alexey Samsonowicz, have developed Artificial Intelligence that understands human emotions. Their machine is not only capable of thinking independently, but also understands the narrative, thinking within it, and is able to teach himself.

Currently, the research is at an early stage, but Samsonovich hopes that when the Russian government provides him with additional funding for the development of the system, he can expect significant progress over the next few years.
