Three new models from the VIERA family

The new 42 “and 46” VT20 VIERA models that Panasonic will show at the IFA show many interesting features. Panasonic High-Speed 3D Drive technology and 600Hz Sub-field Drive provide clear, immersive 3D images (included are two pairs of 3D glasses). A unique feature called 24p Smooth Film for 3D eliminates the typical, jumping display of a movie image, increasing the original 24 frames per second. This translates into much smoother movement. The VT20 models also provide the highest 2D picture quality. High Contrast Filter Pro enhances contrast in bright surroundings and reduces reflections and THX® Certified Display guarantees that Panasonic NeoPDP TVs display quality films and color palettes intended by the director.

The 42-inch TX-P42GT20 also sets new standards for television entertainment, offering many of the same key features including 24p Smooth Film for 3D, 600Hz, THX certified and High Contrast Filter. Unlike the VIERA VT20 series, the TX-P42GT20E is not sold with 3D glasses.
