Microsoft is increasingly in trouble with third-generation Surface tablet batteries. Users complain about their depletion and lack of full capacity. The manufacturer has already announced a new update that should fix the situation.
The US giant is facing major problems with Surface Pro 3 tablets. Last month, the company released a software update that fixed the problem with malfunctioning batteries supplied by Simplo. However, it turns out that now for the change appeared problems with the devices equipped with batteries supplied by LG.
Tablet users complain that they can not recharge their batteries to full capacity, and if that was not enough, the batteries would soon be unloaded. Microsoft has issued a statement in which it confirms the existence of the problem and ensures that it is working on another update that should resolve it. But it is not known exactly when you can expect it. Engineers from the Redmond concern are currently investigating the problem to find the cause.
