4K screen and 6 GB RAM?

Apple will have to significantly improve the iPad to retain its leading position in the tablet market. Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet Ultra, which not only receives a 4K screen but also gets 6 GB of RAM, is likely to be the killer.

Sony has recently produced quite decent tablets, solidly crafted and delivering decent performance. The device has so far failed to match the iPad, but it may change after the release of the latest model Xperia Z4 Tablet Ultra.

Several technical details of the new device have leaked to the network, showing that we will be dealing with very high-end equipment targeted to demanding customers. The new tablet model will feature a relatively large 12.96-inch diagonal screen that will display an image at 3840 x 2400 pixels. That means it will be a 4:10 aspect ratio panel in 4K Ultra HD technology.

The screen is not the only surprise, as it comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 clocked at 2.86 GHz and comes with 6 GB of RAM (2 x 3 GB LPDDR4 throughput of 25.6 GB / s). This is not a mistake, rumors say that just enough memory is found in the new tablet. There will also be 64 GB of usable memory.

The tablet also comes with a 8.08 megapixel camera with Exmor RS 1 / 2.3 “image sensor as well as a Carl Zeiis Sonnar 25 mm F1.8 lens. There will also be technology that will allow you to play high definition audio and HDMI 1.4 output. The whole power has a battery of huge capacity of 12 100 mAh, while the device is only 8.6 mm thick.
